They felled tree where it hit pool deck causing breaks in concrete. .DID NOT TELL ME.Told them they could put debris in empty unused pool. Left large limbs on the ground, but DID NOT MENTION THAT. Too big for me to move without having them cut up. I'M A SENIOR LADY. MORE EXPENSE. Foreman or whoever he was left and when he returned, picked up his two helpers and left. I had told him to let me know when they were done and I would send card payment through. He didn't let me know and while he was gone, I went ahead and paid the invoice. They left a lot of debris in the area so I am very much dissatisfied with their work. Unfortunately, I did not inspect the 'finished' job because he did not check with me when he picked up his workers. If there is anything good from this experience, at least that dead pine is down Just seems as though some people are happy to take advantage of elderly ladies. P.Davis

We would have been more than happy to resolve this issue with you. I have spoken to our team and from their understanding we were all on the same page when it came to your unused pool area. You had full acknowledgement that it would be an area with some damage because of the location of the tree. In addition to that our team is very good at making sure the customers home is left as it was when we got there. If there is a large limb on the ground, too large for your to handle please give us a call we would take care of that for you at no additional cost."

The Frontier Outdoor team was very professional, from the minute I spoke with Nataly in the office, Alex coming out to give us a quote, to the team that took care of our tree, I can't say enough about how pleasant and professional they were. Alex understood that we were in a time crunch due to having construction getting ready to take place in our yard and he made it work! The tree team came out and took the tree and limbs down, and ground down the stump in record time. The price was right too! I highly recommend Outdoor Frontier and will use them in the future for my tree service needs.

Excellent tree cutting service. Unfortunately, after grinding the stump, I had to request the mulch be spread to have area appear "almost" level. Otherwise a very large mound of mulch would have been left in the area of where the tree was originally located.
