"When I hired them I just assumed my gutters would be entirely clean. While for the most part the job was good however there was a few places that still had some black marks on the gutters. I was told by the person cleaning my gutters that this was oxidation and would cost extra to be cleaned off and would require a second visit. $1 per foot with a $100 minimum charge. Hmmm, why wasn t I told that upfront that my gutters may not be completely clean and there would be additional charges? I think shopping around and asking more questions would have done me well. They did wash my house, but was it entirely clean? I d have to say they did not meet my expectations."
