"Steve was awesome! He was on time. Very polite and professional. He went above and beyond to get the job done. Our house looks brand new! Steve also is very curiosity in making sure he didn't break any of my wind chimes or anything on the porch. He moved them out of the way and placed them back on the porch. I brought him lunch and he came in the house he took his boots off at the door didn't track anything thru the house. Very respectful. I would and will HIGHLY recommend Steve for any pressure washing needs you may have. I will have him come back out to the house again. A+

As for cost. I can't remember the exact price but I do know it was reasonable

"It was great. I was referred to them. Being 115 miles away and needing services quickly to avoid the tentacles of the "dreaded HOA", Janitor Pro Services (JPS) met the challenge. I am so grateful I didn't have to drive to Lexington to do this myself. When I get to Lexington again, I will knock on neighbors' doors to mention what spectacular service JPS provided. I will definitely use their service again. Thank you JPS."

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Regular sealing and repainting help maintain the restored surface’s durability.

Soda-blasting systems are slightly more expensive than sandblasting systems. To soda blast, you’ll need to spend a few hundred dollars for a blast hose and nozzle, a compressed air supply, a blast generator, a moisture decontamination system, and sodium bicarbonate media, a recurring cost because the powder is not reusable. To start with sandblasting, you will need to spend upwards of $30 for a blast pot, a blast gun, an air compressor, and sandblasting media, many of which are recyclable—further reducing the cost. The total cost for either will depend on the size of the system.

You can concrete can be done when it’s wet or dry. However, it’s safer when wet, as harmful dust and chemicals are present. Sanding it when dry is faster, but you’ll agitate more dust and chemicals, meaning you’ll need to be more careful.

If you’re DIYing the project, it could take up to a week if you aren’t able to dedicate full-time hours. If you hire a professional and they arrive with a team, expect your stairs to be sanded in as little as 2 hours (for simple projects). Finishing the stairs takes a while longer as there are drying and sealing times to consider, but the actual work will take much less time than the sanding portion.

There are two ways sandblasting could be dangerous: improper use of the equipment so that the stream touches your skin, and air particles created during the sandblasting process. While the first is easier to avoid and fairly obvious, the second has the potential to be more serious and is much more difficult to understand. This is why you should always hire a pro to sandblast, as they understand the dangers associated with the process. If proper safety measures are taken, then sandblasting is rarely dangerous.
