Found issue with new thermostat that was not wired correctly. Checked compressor for faults. Other providers actually quoted replacement. The price for the service call saved me thousands. It did not show nor did the employee explain that an outfit called Green Skies could place a lien on my home if I made no payment in 60 days. The finance company could place the lien on my car which is more valuable than the central heating & air condition unit."
