"I was having trouble with one of the zones in my house with our alarm we purchased with ADT Premier Provider. Ryan came out and checked the system and the battery in the control box; and those were all good. He determined that the sensor on the slider door was the problem. He cleaned the track, reinstalled the sensor on the door and secured it. The last thing he did that put his service OVER THE TOP was that he knocked down a large wasp nest that was in an area I couldn't reach even with a ladder. "Conducted thorough inspection of old units, walked me through and explained what the problems were, listened to my requirements, and provided me several options.  Written quote was provided in one day.  Then called the manufacturer and found out rebates, and discounted the rebate from my price.  Equipment was promptly ordered, and installers showed up on time to do the work.  The crew was great, and took care to protect my wood floors and carpet when bringing in and removing equipment.  They showed me how to program new thermostats, and cleaned up completely--removed old equipment, drain pans, and duct work, and vacuumed where they had to make wall cuts.  The units have been working for a month now, keeping everything nice and cool, and no issues at all.
