I had my roof done in 2021. It wasn't even a year before start pouring leaking down in my house again then trying to get ahold of them all this time they came out a. Couple times and the problem is still not fixed sending us straight to voice mail not answering calls or texts now it's leaking in another spot messing up my ceiling walls and my floors

Great company! Professional owner! Hardworking Crew! Excellent job! I contacted the company on Tuesday 2/15 and the owner was professional and ready to assist. I explained what I needed and he listened, offered suggestions, and gave me a great price. I signed my contract the following day. Bright and early this morning the crew arrived and got right to work. It took them approximately 6 hours and they did a lovely job. I recommend Floyd's roofing of the Carolinas to anyone and everyone that needs roofing installation or repairs and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

The work occurred at the time that was planned. The team worked well. They were fast and efficient. No mess was left on site. Many pictures of both the existing roof (with water damage) and the final new roof were provided as evidence of work performed. Respect for our mother, the homeowner, was 100% given. I called and spoke to Jamie with a roofing emergency. Within a few hours he had someone there to access the damage and make temporary repairs to prevent further damage. Materials for the repairs and reroof were promptly delivered and the entire roof was repaired, old shingles removed and replaced in less than a day. The crew really went to work and I was impressed. I found Jaimie was fair and true to his word. I would definitely hire him again.
