The technician was nice. He the AC was broken and he came out and gave me a quote and we ended up going with a nothing provider. He had a higher service cost than the call.

They have a 24 hour service. I called them around 7 a.m. because the air conditioner went out in my house. I was getting ready to go out of town and I have a small dog. They called me back promptly then came out and repaired it; now everything is working fine.

They were very prompt in getting out here and we were very pleased with them. I will use them again in the future.

Coordinated with insurance company to order part and installed today 3/29/2011 - estimated time of 2 hours actually replaced in less than 2 hours. Great job, friendly and professional. I would definitely refer other to them and use them again.

They did a good job. They were thorough and did quality work. They were good, but they were not fantastic. I would use them again in the future.

About three weeks ago, on a Saturday morning; the air conditioning no longer out cold air. Service men came out and recharged the system. They advised that they were not sure where the leak was but that if problem continued to call and they would return and go up into the attic to check out the entire system when attic temperature was less than 110 degrees. Sure enough by Monday the problem had returned. By 10:00 am one of the owners was up in the attic looking for the leak. The coil in the air exchanger and a leak. He unsuccessfully tried to repair it. We were then advised that we needed to either replace the coil or for $200.00 more replace the entire air exchanger. We of course said to replace the entire unit. He then advised us that the part would be ordered and he estimated that repair would be completed by Thursday. The temperature exceeded 97 degrees with high humidity all during this week. We were pleasantly surprised on Wednesday morning when the repair crew returned to install the new unit. By 11:00 am repairs were complete and the house was comfortable again. Rather than wait for the part to be delivered to Sumter, when the owner was advised Tuesday afternoon that it was at a distributors facility about an hour's drive away; he dispatched an employee to go get it. Needless to say this extra touch of outstanding customer service was greatly appreciated.
