They even finished the project a week early which turn out nicer than I expected it to be, they were really nice at all times and respectful. "Rooks did some really good and beautiful work for me (though the work was mostly actually done by a different lawn service) however the job that I paid for was never completely finished. 1st, no liner was placed under the pine straw as I requested and had ready to use, so within a week I had weeds growing back in my gardens. The edging never got placed. I actually paid someone else a great deal less than what was originally paid to Rooks to lay the edging. I also requested to setup maintenance and follow-up. Once they were gone, I have yet to hear from them.
I do hate it, because Chris and Gregg were very nice and good guys. Maybe just overwhelmed with work and quality failed a little.

"I chose this company for some emergency tree work and clean up and I am so very glad I did! It took them no time to give me a price and came the very next day! The crew was very professional and polite and I am so pleased with the service we received from them.
