"We recently purchased a 1 BR ocean front investment property in Myrtle Beach. The place needed a complete overhaul. I was very nervous about finding the right contractor because I do not live in the area and we couldn't find a trusted contractor with my limited contacts. I vetted several contractors and settled on One Stop Plus after speaking to the owner and their project manager, Anthony. I couldn't be happier with the work. I can't say enough good things about Anthony. He was ALWAYS available to answer my questions, provide his thoughts when we had to make decisions, and to work through any hiccups along the way. They work fast and efficiently. With any large reno, not everything goes smoothly but Anthony and his team were able to respond quickly and remedy any issues. "I would highly recommend this business. We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house. They scheduled the work right away. After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit. Mike offered to repaint those for free. During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood. They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done. Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with. I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"Luke was a gift! He responded quickly to my call and was able to start painting two days later. He was professional, knowledgeable, on time and always cognizant of the fact that I was working from home while he was painting. He meticulously painted my entire house and it looks amazing. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
