"Mr. Cook returned my call very quickly and arranged to come by this morning (hours after my SOS went out.) He and Chris replaced the tank innards and handles on both toilets in very short order and didn't charge me for the handles! Lovely people, both of them. Honest, reliable, pleasant and smart. I am going to have him do our backflow testing and, later replace our hot water heater."
