"It went great. Tim did a professional job on the faucets, etc. When he finished that job, he had the personal integrity to tell me I had time remaining on my deal purchase and was there anything else he could do. So he went out and drained the water heater to clean out any sledge in the bottom. I would certainly use Tim and his company for other plumbing issues that may come up."
