"Express Sunrooms just finished enclosing our covered porch and we couldn't be happier. They helped us obtain the HOA approval by creating a CAD design and submitting everything that was asked for in a timely manner. They even arranged for us to visit a home where they had finished a similar job. Work on our house began a week later and they finished the installation in three days. "The sales crew came out to give me an estimate and the price seemed reasonable so I signed a contract for installation of new and replacement gutters. When the installation crew came out, they had concerns about installing the selected product on my flat TPO roof, so installation was not performed. After meeting with the owner, Robie Hutcherson, we agreed that it was best to cancel the project since neither party was convinced about the proper marriage of the selected product to my roof style. Robie was very cordial and accommodating. He refunded my deposit right away and cancelled the finance of the balance of the contract. Will definitely recommend to others and keep them in mind for future projects. Very nice folks."

"Jeff was very professional and offered suggestions for my home windows and patio doors tint that would be energy and cost efficient. Then he was gracious enough to change the date of installation for me due to a minor emergency of mine. Chaz, the installer, was on time, prepared and capable. I am very pleased with the results of this project and my next few electric bills."
