I'm late in writing this review, so I'm a little fuzzy on the cost, but I do remember it being quite reasonable.  We have a sectional sofa with a total of 12 cushions. The sofa is not that old (maybe 4 years) was not cheap, but the cushions were not wearing well at all.  Getting very misshapened in the areas with frequent "sittage".  Jeremy came to our house and picked up the cushions and replaced all of the inside foam with a denser material.  I was not happy with one of the cushions, and he gladly came back to pick it up and re-did it for me.  Super nice guy, super fast turn around.  I'd call him again without hesitation and would recommend him to even my pickiest friend.

New Coverings LLC gets 100% in every category from us because they exemplified top-notch professionalism on every level from start to finish. Here are the facts: I found New Coverings on AL and was impressed by all the great reviews. We had been looking for a reupholstering business for a while here in Columbia SC. We contacted Jeremy and sent him pics of the 2 items and described what we wanted. The love-seat was well-made but had been with us since the early 1990s and was worn from use and cat scratching. The rocking chair seat is the kind with the comfortable springs, but the fabric was very worn and the springs were about to poke through. Jeremy called to discuss what he had in mind for them, and immediately arranged to pick them up. A couple of days later, my spouse went out to his partner store, Fabric 101, to select the new fabrics to cover them. She found an excellent selection of very attractive fabrics. It took Jeremy only 1 week to complete this project and they were delivered today. They look phenomenal and I can't imagine finding anything like them in any furniture store (especially in the Columbia area) for a comparable price. Also glad we could re-use them and not add to more waste at the dump. Congratulations to New Coverings LLC for running a highly professional and skilled business, and for keeping the the ethos of real restorative craftsmanship alive and well in the good old USA.

I absolutely love the new look of my chairs! I left the chairs at NEW COVERINGS asking that they do what was needed to recover and provide more cushion. They could not have come out better! Great folks to work with, more than willing to accomodate my schedule and the work is beautiful. I'm SO happy with the final product and plan to send my dining room chairs soon! My experience was very positive. I found New Coverings on Angie's List and was impressed by the consistently high ratings. I sent a text to Jeremy with a picture of one of the chairs and inquired about the process and the cost. Jeremy answered my text quickly and I received all the information I needed. I contacted him again and he was able to set up an appointment very soon afterwards to pick up the chairs. He gave me an estimated date of completion. I was delighted at how quickly the job was done...a day earlier than estimated! Jeremy was cheerful, knowledgeable, and efficient. The chairs were reupholstered professionally and beautifully. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend!
