He stayed until the job was done even working in the rain. When he was done the cost was slightly more than the initial estimate because the job was much bigger. Even then the price was extremely fair. He is local to the Lexington area and enjoys what he does. He wore shoe covering when he entered my house and left no mess and was extremely respectful. Mount Valley price matched and offered poly leveling, but, I was not impressed with their personnel. I believe Ramjacs Helical Pile is better than Canteys jacks, however they would not price match, and they did not offer poly leveling. Even with price matching the cost for this work is exorbitant."

"The workers were outrageously good. The guy that did the estimate was under what it should have been and it cost us double the amount, but the guys who did the work were fabulous and made it work. It cost more, but the basement does not have a smell or anything, so I can't blame them for it. They were done in a week. I was embarrassed, there wasn't a speck of dirt when they were done. It was clean as a whistle, and it wasn't like that when they walked in. They were really good. They recommended an electrician, and so even if they didn't do some part, they support you and help you find them. They check up and make sure everything is okay. They call back every time you call them. They did a great job."

"Life Savers!! We live in an older house with a very small bathroom. We had a home inspection recently and were altered to some major subfloor, sill and joist damage. We knew it was in rough shape but the inspector used terms like “100% moisture and “previous repairs poorly completed”. I called a few other contractors and remodel companies that started to throw around some huge numbers and timelines to make the repairs. The quote arrived the same day and was extremely reasonable. They got us on the schedule right away (11/20) and on the day of the repairs Nick and his crew arrived on time and were very professional. The job was scheduled for two days but they completed it in one and did a great job. We no longer have to worry about falling through the floor. They also provide a follow up inspection in 90 days and informed us of a couple other minor leaks that were noticed while completing the repairs.
