A Servpro rep came out to meet with my adjuster to evaluate potential water damage under my house. This damage was reported to me by my termite company. The rep was very honest and forthright, explaining everything he had found from a pipe leak under my house. The damage turned out to be from a previous leak. He said the wood had dried out and a small area had dry rot. He felt it was not necessary to do anything at this point. He also told me of all the available services from Servpro.

City of Columbia sewer backed up into our finished basement. City paid ServPro to clean up the mess and then gave us a check to pay for carpet and molding replacement. ServPro was extremely efficient and timely. No complaints, would recommend and use again.
