"It took two days to tear out the old insulation under the bottom floor and install encapsulation in the whole crawlspace. Nick and his crew did quality work getting the job completed. "Based on his inspection and my description of the problem, he recommended trying an inexpensive modification to the landscape around the vulnerable point in the foundation before considering All Dry's more expensive interior correction.  I've still got his card on file if the exterior work doesn't do the trick.  No charge for the visit.
