He would have me look at what had been done to be sure I was satisfied. If there was something I’d forgotten to ask him to do he’d either do it then if he had the time or make another time to come back and do it! He was very eager to be sure I was satisfied with his work and fix anything I had a problem with. I’ll be calling him when I have more outside work done in the future."

"The workers were outrageously good. The guy that did the estimate was under what it should have been and it cost us double the amount, but the guys who did the work were fabulous and made it work. It cost more, but the basement does not have a smell or anything, so I can't blame them for it. They were done in a week. I was embarrassed, there wasn't a speck of dirt when they were done. It was clean as a whistle, and it wasn't like that when they walked in. They were really good. They recommended an electrician, and so even if they didn't do some part, they support you and help you find them. They check up and make sure everything is okay. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."

He pushed the new concrete pad further back, added some curves, and then really pulled it together with the sidewalk! Everyone who came by raved at how beautiful the job turned out, and how much it improved the curb appeal of my home!"
