The result was just what I wanted, and unique and pretty stunning. On time and under budget. Latest project was a complete kitchen remodel. Everything was demolished. New kitchen island created with sink, counter and dishwasher (that required cracking concrete and moving plumbing. All new kitchen cabinets, pantry, counters, backsplash, flooring. The project came out perfect. Achieve what I wanted including maximizing space, cabinets, and again, a uniqueness to distinguish my home from others in the neighborhood. All quality products, new appliances, wonderful sub-contractors, CLEAN, exacting, responsive. This major project also came in on-time and under budget, even when additions/changes were made on the fly. Jon is so easy to work with, and collaborative. "We had changed the digging because we had to have trees removed after falling. The trees were removed and we were told to raise up the yard and then put the trench in so the dirt was added. We tested this to decide how drainage would proceed. They decided we didn't need the drainage pipe but they didn't remove the cost from the bill. The dirt they brought for raising the ground was shredded wood, not dirt. We had to buy topsoil on our own. The plants that they planted were not exactly what I wanted, but they are okay. They were just what was available at the time, no other seasonal option were offered. He said he never should have taken your job and should have gone to Myrtle beach people because they have more money. I would never use them again or suggest them to anybody. They were not professional."
