The result was just what I wanted, and unique and pretty stunning. On time and under budget. Latest project was a complete kitchen remodel. Everything was demolished. New kitchen island created with sink, counter and dishwasher (that required cracking concrete and moving plumbing. All new kitchen cabinets, pantry, counters, backsplash, flooring. The project came out perfect. Achieve what I wanted including maximizing space, cabinets, and again, a uniqueness to distinguish my home from others in the neighborhood. All quality products, new appliances, wonderful sub-contractors, CLEAN, exacting, responsive. This major project also came in on-time and under budget, even when additions/changes were made on the fly. Jon is so easy to work with, and collaborative. "They didn't do one thing that I needed done but they didn't quote it either. I mistakenly assumed that it was included, it was edging around the rock beds. For what they actually quoted me on, they did and did well. I realized later that their price was $400-$500 less than the other people. I presume it was because of the edging cost because they quoted me like $450 to do the edging when I approached them later. They kind of disappeared for a while when I was trying to follow up with the edging issue They finally did respond but it wasn't the response I was looking for. I can't rate punctuality, the time they showed up didn't matter. I didn't have any dealings other than with the owner and that was good."
