He was supposed to give me a quote, but he inspected and drained my septic tank without telling me and without giving me a price before

Ron was great and answered the phone every time I called. The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is when I called, I was quoted a price range and when the job was finished, the cost was slightly higher than the price range I was quoted. When I asked about this I didn't get a very clear answer as to why my price was higher but it wasn't a huge difference. I would definitely recommend Degler to anyone looking for septic work.

The employees from Degler called before they got to my house, and explained everything they were doing. They were very courteous and polite and uncovered, drained, and recovered the septic tank in less than 2 hours.

Ron Degler and the young man helping/doing the operation were as professional a crew as I've seen in quite some time. They went above and beyond what I expected. They were extremely prompt from the time I put in the request until they finished the job and left the site (better than he found it!). To their credit, my neighbor hired him to do the same type of work he did for me. Ron provided expert advice regarding the whole system, and I would recommend Degler Waste Services without hesitation to anyone needing his services.
