"This customer was contacted on Friday, 3/24/23 about pumping his septic tank. We set an appointment for Tuesday, 3/28/23 at 2:30 pm at his request. When we were on the way to the house, we called like normal to let him know our arrival time. He forgot about the appointment that day. I asked if he wanted to reschedule, but he said no and that his wife would be home. When we arrived at the house and knocked on the door, his wife came to the door. She did not speak English or understand it. She called her husband on the phone and we let him know that we were there. After walking through the backyard, we found the septic tank with the sewage water."
