They took water samples, listened to what we wanted, answered all of our questions (we had plenty) and set us up with everything we needed. I was really happy that they got us on the schedule quickly, we did not have to wait 4+ weeks that other projects have taken. The install was very thorough and even though nobody will see the equipment the install spot was left clean and the piping all looks nicely hung. That may not matter to everyone but I noticed. Before leaving, the technician made sure all equipment was working and retested the water to make sure it meets our expectations. Now we have a Kinetico whole house water softener, and a Kinetico RO drinking water system. I am so glad we went with the Kinetico system. I can tell a difference in everything! I dont get spots on the dishes anymore, my towels dont smell funky after washing them and having good water has even helped with dry skin. I love the drinking water too! I really can tell a difference from other drinking water and I always fill my water bottle up at home before leaving the house because other water just does not compare. I really appreciate the follow up as well, we opted for the scheduled salt deliveries and filter changes so we dont have to worry about it as much. I highly recommend CGC and the Kinetico water equipment."
