Everyone has stories about the contractor who didn't show up. Or the one that was never on time. Or any number of horrors. Rod and Battle Home Renovations are not 'those' contractors. Rod is the epitome of professional: on-time, on estimate and even going the extra mile to make sure you are happy! We have hired them before and will hire them again.

Mr. Battle showed up on time and did any excellent job on a three-piece crown molding on a 12-foot ceiling running through four rooms. Thorough, professional, detail oriented, and very conscientious about the customer being fully satisfied. Also a really nice guy.

Rod was prompt, responsive, and very accommodating to an urgent hardwood floor repair need. He was thorough in his work, attentive to detail, and concerned about my satisfaction with regards to his craftsmanship. I texted Mr.Rod on a Friday evening after a broken kitchen cabinet. He immediately gave a call and came by in Monday at the appointment time. He was very thorough in his work. I contacted Rod Battle for a deck and step project in my garage. My wife is handicapped and we needed a safer way for her to get into the house. Mr. Battle designed a plan that has worked out to the best we could ever expect. I have worked with a lot of builders and contractors before, but not one showed the professionalism and work quality that Rod did. His quote and timing of project came in exactly where the estimate said it would and he even helped me move our refrigerator. Mr. Battle repaired the cabinet under our kitchen sink, that had considerable water damage. He did an outstanding job. he listened to my suggestions and incorporated them into his work. I was very pleased with the outcome. He did the work at good price, and demonstrated great customer service. Part of that was following up a few days later to make sure I was still pleased with the results. I would highly recommend him.

This is one of the best experiences we have had so far with a handyman. They are punctual, they communicate well, and seem to be upfront with what is needed and what is not necessary.
