"Very prompt in coming out and measuring and letting us pick out what we wanted. They couldn't do the floor, only around the tub and in the shower. They would not remove the old tile (which was in excellent condition, just outdated) wanted to use the acrylic and cover it up! I didn't like that idea and also didn't like the look. The price was outrageous, wanted over $12,000 just to cover up. I found a tile guy who did both bathrooms (removed the old tile down to the studs) including floors, with rich, durable porcelain tile. He also installed insert boxes in both and a seat in the shower. We did both bathrooms from top to bottom including replacing fixtures, sinks, cabinet tops, commodes, etc. for $2,000 LESS. Yes, it did take longer but the finish product is no comparison. I would not recommend this company, it pays to shop around!"

He arrived at the appointed time with Howard ready to install a design of pipe rails that fit the need perfectly without interfering with maintenance that may need to be done. Now we can change our filters easily and is also a safety measure for anyone needing to enter or exit the attic space. They also securely rehung a 35 lb decorative mirror in our dining room without any damage to the wallpapered wall. They were professional, congenial and fair. "Tuck&Howell technicians responded quickly to my call about a non-working home AC. The technician diagnosed a blown compressor and since our system was 20 years old recommended AC replacement. We researched and decided to replace both the AC and gas furnace to maximize efficiency. The system was diagnosed on Monday, parts ordered by Wednesday, and new system installed Friday morning - just ahead of a heat wave. (We are priority plus plan members at Tuck&Howell and that may have given us some priority - I recommend their priority plus plan service as well, which we've had for some 15 years or so.) The installation went smoothly and the new system is working great. Be sure to ask for a new thermostat, if needed, when you get a new system installed since it may or may not be included by default. We asked and it was provided. Our unit was a Carrier 3-ton, 14-seer unit with AC and gas furnace."
