He took time to answer my many questions (I was considering all sorts of hot water heaters--tankless, traditional, hybrid, etc.--in the end, we went with a traditional one.) His price was better than competitors and he was responsive, professional, and did a fabulous job! Pleasant to work with and efficient."

"Great Job! I had a very slow draining tub. After unsuccessfully attempting to unclog the drain with a coat hanger I made an appointment with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Mark from Mr. Rooter soon found that the problem was an issue with the way the original drain pipes were put together which caused the pipe to eventually clog. Mark unclogged the pipe and corrected the original flaw by replacing some of the pipe system. Mark was very polite and professional. He was careful to put shoe covers on whenever he came inside.
I am so glad that I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing. If I ever need a plumber in the future I will not hesitate to call Mr. Rooter Plumbing again.

"Guys were great. Found out water main was broken 4pm after a contractor hit the meter the day before. Called them on (it was Friday) and they took the job and got the main repaired (took a couple hours). I wouldn’t have water this weekend if it wasn’t for them! Did a good job checking their work before leaving as well, which I’m greatful for as the outside temp was around 32F so plumbing adhesives might have had difficulty curing at that temp."
