"The owner of this company, Hunter Sinclair, came to evaluate the problem we were having with our 23 year old gas fireplace. He was very neat by covering the area around the fireplace, worked efficiently to determine the problem and after careful work determined that a part needed to be replaced. Mr. Sinclair was as thorough as he could be considering it was an old gas fireplace! He let me know a week later that he was contacting all the distributors who may know the part number and after thoroughly working on trying to find the part, eventually found that the company, after contacting the company we purchased the fireplace from and made our fireplace had gone out of business 12 years earlier and no part could be found. "I had Mr. Blume come out to sweep my chimney on a wood stove that had been professionally installed a few years ago only for him to tell me the chimney support was not installed right and I needed to have it reworked and some other things done. He charge me a $125 service call and was going to get back to me with an estimate on what it would cost to do this. He never got back to me. I feel totally taken advantage of and ripped off!!!!!! I'm a widow on a fixed income which he knew."
