RBS Contractors

RBS is one of the worst contracting companies Iâ ve ever worked with. I hired them to help with a fence repair and during that repair they destroyed my irrigation system in 5 separate places after pointing out to them where the system was located in the yard. After I realized the system was broken I reached out to Ricardo for remediation of the situation, and not only did he not pay for the damages he denied that he ever destroyed the fence in the first place. I CANNOT STRESS HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST THIS COMPANY is. I wouldnâ t wish this company to do work for my greatest enemy. Ricardo seemed like a standup person when I first met him, but now I regret ever knowing him. I would use with extreme caution.

Workmanship was great and I love the new fence. Everyone polite and courteous and completed most of the work without us needing to be there. David was very nice and a pleasure to chat with. The only shortcoming noted was the lack of communication. I had to reachout each time for updates during the initial process and when the workers weren't able to complete the work in a day, there was no communication regarding the delay reason and when it would be completed. The gentlemen did attempt to cleanup the work area before leaving and even asked for a broom to sweep but never knocked on door to indicate their departure or to return broom. Overall, pleased with workmanship but client communication needs a little work.

They did not do a good job. I have had to have my fence repaired twice since they put it up.

I highly recommend this company. Ricardo is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. The quality of the work is also top tier. The prices are comparable to other quality contractors in the area. I would definitely recommend their services.

I had a large area to fence and they did such an awesome job. They are hard workers, respectful, positive, so easy to talk to, good sense of humor, donâ t mind any interruptions, keep you informed every step of the way, they asks questions to make sure weâ re on the same path. You feel like friends. I really good go on and on. Already have plans for next project. Also, I asked for a sign for my yard to advertise RBS construction

I will not highly recommend anyone to use him because not providing insurance information. Then contact them they do not respond. Communication is poor. Poor workmanship. Telling you things that are not true.

Customer service was awesome at the initial meeting to the point I received a lower quote from a different company yet I still went with RBS. However, between the schedule dates changing, last minute price increase plus trying to fix things doing the installation that should of being brought to my attention doing the original meet I grew annoyed.

WHITE VINYL FENCE INSTALLED. Had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I like the communication, transparency, and price point for my vinyl fence. Work was started as expected and a lot sooner than other companies quoted. I am planning to use RBS for future home projects!

RBS replaced an entire side of our fence that had been damaged and had some rot. They were very prompt and professional with their service. They were always on time, let me know when they were coming or not coming, let me know if their were any issues along the way, and kept the site cleaned up. They were great to work with and did an excellent job. Their work ethics were awesome. I highly recommend their services!

I got 4 different quotes for a fence and RBS Contractors was by far the best option. Along with the service and the communication I received! Ricardo and his team did an absolute fantastic job on my fence and they are so friendly and truly know what they’re doing. I will definitely be using them again for more house projects!
