The install consisted of gutting the bathroom, installing new tub/shower, new fixtures, new vanity, plumbing, marble 4x12 floors in a Chevron pattern, crown/base molding, and a frameless shower door. I had received several quotes on the bathroom and Mike was the best option (He also wasn't one of those painful sales presentations). He allowed us to purchase our own parts (if you have a wife you understand how important this is). Handy Co. definitely beat out all the other full bathroom remodel companies in the area especially since they are a locally owned small business. Highly Recommend and will use his skills again. - Bradley Construction LLCMy husband and I highly recommend Bradley Construction; these guys are real pros! We hired Bradley to do an almost-complete redesign of our home. Every single room received some kind of treatment, with the kitchen and two bathrooms receiving a full remodel, including removing walls to combine rooms. The real trick was that we lived several hundred miles away while they were doing the work, so we had to coordinate everything from a distance. From the very beginning, the owner, Terry, and our project manager, Vince, were very responsive and communicated well. They were well organized, on-time, and stayed within the budget. They listened to our needs and customized aspects of the build to meet those needs. When problems came up, as they do in construction, they were honest in their explanations and devised plans to fix the situation. We have now lived in the house for several months and are very happy with the work. So happy, in fact, that we have contracted with them again, this time to remodel the outside of our house

- Bradley Construction LLCWhile there was some delay due to the exterior doors being special ordered, all work was done quickly and professionally. Out of all of the work performed, only had 1 small concern which was addressed and corrected immediatly. Will use them again
- Bradley Construction LLCI called Bradley Construction because I needed several home repairs before putting my house on the market to be sold. They returned our phone call promptly. Several other companies never returned our calls. They scheduled a time to come out to discuss the repairs and give me a free estimate. I worked with Vaughn Mitchell. He was prompt on the day of the estimate. He took the time to understand my situation and discuss the necessary repairs. He told me that he would make repairs if possible and replace if necessary. Other companies wanted to rip/replace everything without trying to make repairs. That would end up costing me more money. So, I appreciated Vaughn's willingness to look out for my wallet! The job took about one week to complete. The contractors were always prompt and courteous. They took special care to keep my home clean while performing the work. My front porch had several rotten spots. Vaughn had the contractors replace the parts that weren't salvageable or weren't structurally sound. He was able to repair several portions of the porch instead of replacing the entire porch. This saved me money. The contractors replaced an external kitchen door that had some rot at the bottom of the frame. This same external door had a small amount of rot in front of it under the linoleum in the kitchen. Instead of just ripping up all the linoleum and repairing the floor Vaughn had the contractors try and peel back the linoleum to repair the floor and they were going to try and lay the linoleum back down afterwards. The linoleum ended up ripping. Vaughn came up with an idea to create a small "entrance" using Parkay flooring at this door that was similar to the entrance at my front door. They cut out the linoleum to create this "entrance" replaced the rotten floor and layed down the Parkay. This saved me a lot of money! It would have cost me around $2000 extra to have all the linoleum ripped up and replaced and would have added several days to the job. Bradley Construction stands out because they are a professional company that does quality work for reasonable prices
- Bradley Construction LLCAfter placing a couple direct calls to their office and not receiving a call back, I contacted Bradley Construction through Angie's List. They got back with me right away, and sent someone out to provide an estimate within a day. Vaughn (project manager) was on time, professional and explained to me what they would do and how long it would take. We later scheduled the work, which was completed in a couple days. Vaughn kept in touch with us and followed up once the work was done to make sure we were satisfied. We are very happy with the finished product and would certainly use them again

"Our experience with Champion has been excellent. Starting with the sales visit, our salesman was very knowledgeable of their product and installation procedures. All our questions were answered down to the smallest detail with no pressure to buy. Once we signed the contract we had to wait a bit due to weather and other delays, but once they got started they stayed until the job was done to our satisfaction working late into the evening and always leaving the job site as clean as possible.
