After he checked it he said I needed to replace the door knob due to its age and suggested I go to a hardware store so I can get the new knob and get it rekeyed to my current key. "I called their appointment service at 21:30 on Tuesday evening. The scheduler put me on the schedule for 09:00 the next Morning. Geoff called at 08:45 the next morning to say he was on his way...he arrived at the house at 09:00. Geoff set to work, replacing both door springs, and the rod bearings. Total time was about 1 hour, start to finish. After repairing the door, Geoff adjusted the door, so it opens and closes perfectly.
