AAA Septic Tank Pumping, Installation, and Repair

I've used them more than twice. They did great, they were on time and gave a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

The electrical contractor for SCE&G accidently drove their boom truck into the septic tank next door. They were trying to remove some old utility poles located behind my property. They hired this septic company to remove and replace the septic tank. Instead of vacuuming the septic sludge from the hole they dug and spread the black foul material onto my property and covered it up with a few inches of dirt. The owner David said they do this all the time and that septic sludge is not harmful. A two second web search says that you can get seriously sick from this material and to avoid contact with it. My neighbor who own the building next door had not been informed about the situation until that Friday morning when they dug a hole and buried the sludge they spread. His concern is with the health of his tenants and also with the long term effects of that on his property. They tore up our properties without any regard to what they were doing. I also spoke with both Richland County and City of Columbia business licence offices to see what other recourse there might be. City of Columbia stated that they had a record of a previous business licence but currently it was not in compliance. They agreed to contact them to find out what was going on as well. Hopefully DHEC will investigate this situation and determine why they would dispose of toxic septic sludge in this manner. I would recommend that people avoid this company as they are not following DHEC requirements for disposal of hazardous septic sludge. They did not call before they dug and caused damage to AT&T's underground cables. If that been a gas or electrical supply line could have been a tragic accident. They are unsafe, unprofessional and do not have respect for private property. If you care about the health of your family please avoid them. It would be better to spend a little more money to have a competent and respectful company get the job done the first time.

Although they arrived 20 minutes late, I had a great experience with this company. Mike Smith and Ely were both very professional and knowledgable. They located my septic tank immediately and began the process within 20 mins of arriving.  My septic drain is quite a distance from the street and from my driveway so it was a bit of a challenge getting the hose to reach. It had been raining for a week so they could not drive their truck onto my lawn. However, they found a way to get the hose to reach by backing into my driveway and getting as close to the garage as possible. The entire process took about an hour, just as expected. Excellent service! I think their price may be higher than some others, but I called on Tuesday and they were able to get it done on Wednesday. Was worth a few extra dollars.

They were an hour late for the appointment...no phone call telling us so.

They parked the bulk truck on our front lawn causing a pair of 30 - 50ft. ruts in the lawn.

They could not drive the truck properly using the driveway and ran over the lawn in two other areas on entering and exiting our property.

It took 3 phone calls and almost two weeks to get a manager to respond to our complaint. Basically he told us he was too busy to call us back and refused to take responsibility for his driver's actions and that the driver told him "it was a tight turn". We have lived here 15 years and no one else has ever had this much problem driving a truck onto our property.

I would empty the tank with a teaspoon and a dixie cup next time before I would call these people again

Michael and Ely came out right on time as scheduled.  They were very professional about finding the tank even though I was unsure where it was located.  They explained to me what they were doing step by step since I told them I never had a septic tank before.  Even let my son 4 year old son flush the toilet to see how the septic tank worked.  All in all the service was great. Will be using them again in the future! Hannah who answered the phone and made my appointment was amazing too!

When I originally made the appointment, it didn’t go well actually.  But I had talked to the owner and he did a fantastic job making that right and working with us.  They were great.  So I really appreciate them.   They were phenomenal and they were great.

I called them and they came out the same day. It was a Saturday so we expected to pay a little more for Saturday work. The technician came out promptly and was very professional. He was not rushed and gave us good advice. He was very thorough and did a great job in cleaning up afterward. He answered all our questions and was very personable. I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend this company.

Workers arrived in a timely fashion and went right to work. We have a tricky drive way to back into and they were very careful to not hit our retaining wall or tree branches. They dug out the old tank, put the new tank in place and replaced some old piping. They took out the old alarm system and replaced it with a new one. They were also very good at explaining to my husband everything they were doing and how everything works.

They were here promptly and they were in and out quickly. There were no hassles and left the place just like when they showed up, they didn't make a mess or anything. They know what they were doing. We've used them before and we would use them again. They were able to take care of things very very quickly.

The service was very good. They were very prompt. The workers were good. They left the area fairly good, but they could have smoothed out the area a little better.

Scheduled promptly, arrived on time, and provided service professionally and in short time.  Clearly knows the business well.  Explained services well.   The dirt was not fully smoothed out afterwards - the only critical thing I can think of.

They were very professional and courteous. Took about an hour and a half put back my yard as well as they could. The next time I pump my septic I will most definitely call them again.

They were fine. I like that they showed up and pumped the poop out. Everything I called in this area has about the same price. I'll give them all A's.
