They were an hour late for the appointment...no phone call telling us so.
They parked the bulk truck on our front lawn causing a pair of 30 - 50ft. ruts in the lawn.
They could not drive the truck properly using the driveway and ran over the lawn in two other areas on entering and exiting our property.
It took 3 phone calls and almost two weeks to get a manager to respond to our complaint. Basically he told us he was too busy to call us back and refused to take responsibility for his driver's actions and that the driver told him "it was a tight turn". We have lived here 15 years and no one else has ever had this much problem driving a truck onto our property.
I would empty the tank with a teaspoon and a dixie cup next time before I would call these people again
They collected money and drove off. I am now stuck with a huge mess to clean up and very p***** off wife. I was also late for football practice and had to apologize to all of the kid's parents. I also have 3 dogs that can't go outside on own now. I was not offered a discount or an apology.
Update
1/14/15 I did get a call from owner AAA. She apologized for service and promised to issue a full refund. I appreciate the call.
