"Chris and his team came out to diagnose my mold issue on my vents and AC blower. Chris was knowledgeable (has over 12 years of experience). They were able to figure out the problem, give me a quote, and treat my duct system in the same day. They were prompt, friendly, and thorough. I had an issue 5 days after service with the AC capacitor blowing out, causing the AC to not work in my house. Ms. Denise, the scheduling coordinator, quickly found me an HVAC company to diagnose the issue and provided financial assistance with the service. "Better than expected. Phil was the only contractor that responded AND came to my house on the same day that I called all the other contractors. He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. Swift service done on a short time from initial call to complete installation (less than 1 week and completed installation in 7 hours).
