New kitchen island created with sink, counter and dishwasher (that required cracking concrete and moving plumbing. All new kitchen cabinets, pantry, counters, backsplash, flooring. The project came out perfect. Achieve what I wanted including maximizing space, cabinets, and again, a uniqueness to distinguish my home from others in the neighborhood. All quality products, new appliances, wonderful sub-contractors, CLEAN, exacting, responsive. We just had to remove the wall behind the shower because of a leak from poor plumbing. As a result, we had mold and had to pay a company for mold removal / remediation. Around $1000 in repairs. Initially, we gave them a bad review for several reasons: They had to tear out the tile because itcwas so poorly done. If we had not called them on it, they would just left it the way it was. They did not stick to the schedule. They dumped debris into the vent in the floor. We found that out when the mold company came. They never completed the deep cleaning as an apology for all of their mishaps. The list just goes on and on. If I could, I would upload the pictures of the damage from the leak. If you do hire this company, I would definitely inspect their work before payment."
