The porch is 20 x 20 and now too much for us to handle. Got rid of patches of mold on ceiling , cleaned ceiling fan, all lights inside, our outdoor kitchen, patio furniture and more! Not only was the work high quality, but so was the communication and customer service. They kept me updated on start date and as the project progressed and were willing to accommodate my schedule.
