He worked in conjunction with Servant Plumbing, who spear headed the whole project (see separate review I did for them). Les was exactly as described in his other reviews. Old-time craftsman who only does things right. He is very slow in his movements and nature. A non rushed individual. His movements are almost turtle like. So he does not accomplish things as fast in this usual fast-paced world that you are used too, such as five guys coming in and tiling the whole thing in one afternoon.
