"Get everything in writing up front before hiring this company. I was told 750 to cut down tree and I gave him permission to leave cut tree on property behind my home. A few days later I was told by HOA that trees must be removed I called him he said he will come back and remove trees and willl not charge me as much as he charged to cut it down. He takes almost 4 weeks to come back giving me every excuse in the book. He finally comes and does the work then he tells me I have to charge you 850 because I bought more people to help. I told him I did not budget for 850 I budgeted for 500 he goes on and on about he needs 850 I told him ok next week I will take care of you, during that time I lost my business bank card that I use I explain that to him and that I am waiting for my new card to come in the mail. He did not care and threaten to take me to court. So I sent him a money order in the mail that he had to sign for. Now I'm a military veteran and I am retired and on a fixed income."

"These guys did a really fantastic job of removing a HUGE completely dead tree that was VERY close to my house, as well as several BIG limbs that were over my house & driveway. Additionally, they removed a couple of brush piles that had accumulated over several years, as well as leaves from a section of yard that hadn't been raked for over 20 years. I thought the $2000 for the removal of the dead tree was a bit on the high side, but the overall cost for the job was reasonable at just under $4000. Additionally, the job was completed in a very expeditious manner -- they originally thought it MIGHT take all day, but it ended up being more like just over 5 hours. Like I said previously, these guys did a great job under some difficult circumstances & NEVER ONCE hit my house, to which I had just added a new roof the previous week on top of new soffit & fascia all around, & did a great cleanup job!"
