"Our flue chimney was in such bad shape we needed it completely rebuilt from the roof line up. It looks so good now! Before there was a leak into the attic, but now after heavy rains everything under the roof is bone dry. $3000 is a lot to spend on a chimney just from the roof up but it is a reasonable price considering the work done to the liner, flashing, new cap, inspection, and sweeping.
