Cousins Justin Borges and Manny Lindo founded Family Heating & Cooling in 2015. Both are Fall River natives and graduates of Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School. Borges and Lindo each possess over 10-plus years of experience in Residential and Commercial Heating, Air Conditioning Design, Installation, and Service. Family Heating & Cooling is a MassSave MeasureQuick approved HVAC contractor, Certified Fuijitsu Elite installer and possess a 5-star rating via HomeAdvisor and Google. Since 2015, our team has grown. We now have an office located in Westport, MA with knowledgeable office professionals and skilled HVAC technicians. Our entire team works as a family, which makes our customers family as well. We not only provide the best service, but best experience overall.

Justin and the crew are professional, prompt, and trustworthy. Communication was excellent, and they went over and above my expectations. The work performed was top shelf, and in my opinion second to none. Manny and Dave couldn't have been any better with the install. After install they took the time to explain what was done and cleaned up .Look no further for your heating and cooling needs.

This company is top shelf Justin, Manny and all the installers were extremely professional they work very well together, showed up on time every day cleaned up before they left. The demo and removal of the old equipment, and clean up was fantastic then they installed all the new ductwork and components were installed there didn't cut any corners every thing was as expected. I was very surprised how well they all worked together. after completion Justin did a walkthrough to explain how everything works, programed the system

Excellent customer service skills exhibited by the entire team at Family Heating and Air Conditioning. Everybody showed up on time, there was great coordination between support contractors and material delivery. They installed a ducted AC system in our home with minimal inconvenience to us. They are a professional team I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my family of friends.

Successfully faced the challenge of installing a complex two zone HVAC system in my single zone forced air home. They also installed state of the art control equipment that allows me to manage home climate wherever there is internet access. Excellent mechanical work but an egregious lapse in service. Great A/C work done by technician Kirk, but after he left the job, we lost hot water. Not a coincidence as we have never lost hot water before. Worse, we could not reach the business for three days of leaving messages on owner Justins cell, in office, on machine- inexcusably and inexplicably answering machine was full. At a business? Excuses and apologies were made by very nice people, but in the end they did not compensate us for the inconvenience of no hot water and their inaccessibility over three days.

We just hired Family Heating & Air Conditioning to replace 2 Fujitsu mini-split systems. Justin came out and was courteous, respectful and on-time. The quote was equal and better than others who came to look at the job. They’ll be installing in June and I’ll add to this after completion.

Justin and Manny are top notch. They installed a central Ac unit this past summer in my house and it wasnt easy. Many obstacles where in there way. But they were professional and very curtious considering the conditions. I wouldnt recommend anyone else except them for any Ac needs. Thank you both
