"I needed 2 dryer vents cleaned - one on the 2nd floor and a vent cap replaced (also on the 2nd floor). All the companies I initially contacted would not do the job for a variety of reason. Superior did all the work I needed plus replaced the dryer hose on one unit (which we had not discussed). Additionally, I had purchased a vent cap but it did not fit. "We had a short amount of time to replace the roof on our house. Glen came the next day after we called. He had a worker go up on the roof and measure. He was able to give us samples and a quote within 20 minutes. The next day, we called Glen and told him to proceed with roof replacement. They did find a couple of rotted boards that they replaced. They also installed a ridge vent. The crew were excellent and polite. Glen was there at the beginning of the process and stopped by a few times during the day and at the end. They did come back the next day for a couple of hours to finish the odd corners we have.
