Knowing that I was scheduled for the work to be done, I ripped out 500sf of lawn out to prep for part of the work. Today he was a no show no call for our scheduled visit that he agreed upon. He only responded after I had sent a text to find out where he was. This is what I got: ?Sorry had a guy from NH call saying he wanted 12 acres cleared went there and he paid 45,000 on the spot so where here for the next 4 weeks. It may be to late by than in the season. And like I said before its who gives me deposit first gets locked in for next available date.? This guy didn?t think I was even important enough to contact me and let me know; as for the deposit process he noted it?s a bold faced lie it was never discussed. DON?T GIVE THIS GUY YOUR HARD MONEY, HE PUT ME IN A TERRIBLE POSITION; HIRE SOMEONE ELSE."
