It was horrible. I'm still not sure if he fixed the door. It was as if we were bothering him, asking him to repair the shower door that he installed. Very, very unprofessional.

We made an appointment on Thursday for the following day (Friday for 11 am) when I showed you told me you had people looking at the house and I needed to come back after noon. We did our next job and returned around 2 pm. Everything is working perfect. I'm sorry to felt you had to air this out load. Good luck with future endeavors. It was good to see you. Hope you sell the house soon. I know you are under a lot of stress right now so I am not upset about the bad review."

He did a great job. A marble windowsill intruded into the space necessary for the glass door (which is why we needed a custom glass door to be made—no factory-made glass door would work). Vinny accurately measured the space necessary for a cutout in the glass to accommodate the protruding windowsill. The result is exquisite—the marble windowsill remains intact, and the glass door fits around it perfectly. One section of the two-part enclosure is stationery, and the other is on a hinge that allows it to open both ways (into the bathtub, and outside it).
