"On 10.23.23 I hired Shamrock Chimney, address, 3 Mountain St. E, Worcester, MA, 01606, telephone: 508.433.0609, to clean my chimney; upon inspection of the chimney, I was told that the cement crown was damaged and needed replacement, as well as resetting loose bricks at the top of the chimney. The total cost for this work was $1,500.00. This work came with a Lifetime warranty on the 2 steel rain caps, and a 5-year warranty on the masonry. On Feb. 10, 2024, I called Shamrock Chimney and told them that the caps were moving out of place on top of the chimney, tilting as they might be ready to fall off. I told Shamrock's representative that I was fearful that the caps could fall down damaging my roof and cars, or injuring someone walking into my house on the walkway below. Shamrock told me that someone would be out to ensure that the caps were properly secured - however no one from Shamrock came out. After nearly 2 months with no response from Shamrock, on April 4, 2024, I called Shamrock"

Needless to say, he never attempted to do the project. I confronted him via text message in October that I wanted my deposit back. He promised that he will complete everything next day Saturday (03/29/2025) and Monday (03/31/2025). Friday Joseph Garies received the payment he requested and left. During the sidewall disassembly you removed Black Timber LOK Screws, about 78 pcs. Since you left the work, these screws are missing. Joe Garies destroys customers properties where he worked. Owner was asking for money every day. The company left the broken pipe and sheetrock onsite and still haven't picked it up. They destroyed my lawn, cracked my entire concrete driveway that now needs replacement. They also punctured a gutter and garage trim (they did fix gutter and some trim). I now have to also regrade lawn, and fix trim. I do have to add they pulled one shrub as part of the job. They did pull out 3 other shrubs for me, which Joe offered for the work. He continuously told me he did the shrubs as a favor, and should be viewed as "helping me out" and should help to overlook some of the other issues/damage that occurred. This "company" shouldn't be allowed to be in business! Working on the Stone Installation project Joe Garies severely damaged / ruined the stamping concrete patio. To clean it costs $840.00 I sent to Joe Garies a number of emails, asking him to finish the contract. He promised each day to be here, but he never showed up."
