New England Star Remodeling & Construction

Last September 2022, after multiple delays, we had areas on our pool patio fix then painted. In December the paint started peel off and we called Andre) from New England Start Remodeling and Construction. He told us to call him back in March 2023and that he would come out and look. He did this and agreed to fix the problem in May. Again, he told us to call him in May to remind him. this begun in three-month sequence of us being unable to contact him because his voicemail was full or he didn't return our many phone calls, messages, or text. Occasionally, we were able to get through and he would give us a time that he would come, but, again, he always told us to remind him that morning. Days, would come and go and he would cancel for not show up. Finally, he did fix the areas that needed concrete repair in July. After that, we have had continued difficult communication with him for him to repent the area that was fixed, followed by another series of cancellation as of today, he is still not returning our calls and has not repainted the area. We finally bought, some paint and repainted ourselves. We spent a considerable amount of money in September for a job that should have lasted more than three months, and we certainly expected to have a company that would be reliable and responsive. We would never recommend this company to anyone and give it a review of zero. This was very frustrating experience, and we hope that no one else has to go, through it.
