"Dennis was more like a zen interior construction contractor/laborer. He uses an extremely competent crew. Repaired far more than the little box of “work done” above. Ceiling repair in three rooms, plaster repair of interior walls, door hardware replaced, carpeting removal, complete renovation of a deteriorated bathroom, including shower demolition and tile laying.
