Chad did an excellent job! We asked him to widen two existing doorways into entryways to our living room. The new openings included rounded crescent style openings at the top. The completed work came out great and looks fantastic! Chad was very detail oriented, professional, and completed the project in a timely manner. We are extremely satisfied with the project!

Chad built a beautiful second bathroom from the ground up in a larger upstairs bedroom in our cape-style craftsman house. The project took him about one month to complete and included demo of an existing closet, wallboard, flooring, and installation for cabinets, shower, toilet, and vanity. Within six weeks (after plumbing and electricity), we had a brand new full bathroom ready to use. This was an amazing investment that added considerable value to our home and made it easier for my husband and me to accommodate visiting family and friends. Chad was professional, communicative, efficient, and transparent about supply and labor costs throughout the process. We will definitely reach out to him for projects in the future.

Chad installed new wood flooring in a rental property of mine. He was excellent at communicating with me on the details of the project: options, pricing, timing, etc. There were absolutely no surprises and his estimate was very fair. He also showed up when he said he would, which isn't always the case with other contractors. The workmanship definitely exceeded my expectations! Excellent quality of work. I would highly recommend Chad for any of your remodeling needs!
