Ceiling repair in three rooms, plaster repair of interior walls, door hardware replaced, carpeting removal, complete renovation of a deteriorated bathroom, including shower demolition and tile laying. We had to initiate all communication and he did not keep us in the loop frequently enough. Still has not come back to fix two defective wood rails after completing the project over 8 months ago.
