"Casey did an amazing job on my old deck. He worked through the hot spell we were having and got the job done as we were having company come and wanted it to look presentable. He called to let me know when to expect him and even worked on Sunday to make sure the job was done before he was going on vacation. "Tom worked with us to ensure our needs were met in the design and throughout the construction project and we are pleased with the end result but the communication throughout the process was challenging. We had to initiate all communication and he did not keep us in the loop frequently enough. Still has not come back to fix two defective wood rails after completing the project over 8 months ago. Very frustrating experience."
