He immediately got to work and wanted to try to see if he could fix the broken fan first, but when he could not, he got the old one out and new one installed in no time. Arrival to departure was an hour and twenty minutes. He was knowledgeable on how to do the replacement and was a trooper taking care of the replacement in the hot attic. We purchased the fan for the project and Tito was so helpful in advance helping us figure out how to measure the old unit so we could buy the correct replacement.
