He immediately got to work and wanted to try to see if he could fix the broken fan first, but when he could not, he got the old one out and new one installed in no time. We purchased the fan for the project and Tito was so helpful in advance helping us figure out how to measure the old unit so we could buy the correct replacement. They brought in the staging and got it done. They fixed my interior entry way as well and now it looks brand new.
