The job was completed professionally and he cleaned up the work site. Bob is a skilled flooring craftsman. His rate was reasonable too! You would do well to hire Bob for your next flooring project!"

"We had a mixed experience with Clean Rite. First, they were the ONLY company to call us back after our initial inquiry. It was very impressive that the owner came to do the walkthrough for scope of work and pricing, then also stopped in once the crew arrived. I was glad to hire a local company. There was a scheduling issue (I think someone forgot to put us on the calendar) that ended up being quite an inconvenience. Although I specifically alerted the supervisor to the need to remove plaster that was on windows, that did not happen. Some windows seemed to just be wiped with a rag and left dirtier than before. Plaster is a typical part of post construction needs, and a few walls had plaster smeared on them as though it was just wiped and spread rather than removed. There was a large crew and my suspicion is that they rushed and did not pay attention to detail. We were told they would wipe out cabinets and install shelves, that did not happen. I had to clean the hardwood floors again after they left. They stayed much less time than the owner had estimated the job would take. It was a huge help to have this service done, but I expected much greater attention to detail."

I called in a pinch to have my East Side rental unit cleaned for an incoming tenant, trying to thread the needle on June 1st, prior to the incoming tenant moving in. We talked through the scenario and Martin offered to walk through the space in advance to provide a more thorough estimate. This was appreciated, however I felt comfortable enough with his verbal estimate range to hire over the phone. Martin and crew arrived on time and accommodated a specific request for using a wood floor polish I provided, and made sure to check in multiple times throughout the cleaning to make sure all expectations were met. I'd recommend communicating any specific instructions or requests in advance to ensure expectations are set upfront. Will definitely call again in the future for my next apartment cleaning. "He was accommodating enough in his booking however, when the person came he told me he would vacuum the rugs first then clean. He never vacuumed, it was three rooms and two small hallways that he did and I didn't see any kind of pre treatment before the job. I was ask to look things over the job after it was completed and as you know its hard to tell much from a wet rug. There were noticeable pockets of debris that had not been cleaned and I purchased additional scotch guard protector which he applied with a pump sprayer. That application seemed to be very uneven and left my carpets very sticky. Somehow the scotch guard spray got sprayed all over my bathroom floor and had to wash the floor after he left. The gentleman was polite enough and he did ask me to check the job but two days later when I went back the stains started to pop through. I felt as though I should have been shown what stains he identified, which ones would be problematic and I felt there should have been a little more conversation with the home owner. He also ask me not to wright the check out to the companies name but to write it out to the proprietor. I thought that was a little strange but the price was good. The owner did call me to see if I was satisfied with the job but I have not returned his call. They were right on time and I will not use them again."
