The communication wasn't the greatest. Was supposed to get multiple phone calls and had to keep calling them to get information. The work was very good though. Just need to brush up on communicating with customers.

Working with Greg and Jonathan for the installation of new carpeting and tile in the entryway to our house was a wonderful experience. Greg especially was a great help in selecting the type and color of carpeting/tile to compliment the paint I had chosen for the walls in the upstairs and downstairs hallways. Best of all, he was willing to rip out the old carpet and give me all the time I needed to complete painting before installing the tile and new carpet - something other places I looked into werenâ t willing to do. I was never pressured to get the painting done (I had a lot going on at that particular time) so they could complete the installation and get paid. Their installation crews were top notch - on time and highly professional. The place looks so much better now. Overall, they provided great value, superior service, and showed a â customer firstâ focus Iâ ve found to be rare these days. I will certainly go to them again, without hesitation, for other upcoming floor covering needs. Most highly recommended.

Best experience. Family run business. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Workman (PJ) was great. Had them remove old carpet and padding and install new. Pretty large area (almost 1000 sq ft). Did my best to clear out as much as I could but still needed their help in moving a king size bed. All was done with care and on time and at a great price. Highly recommend. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
