Sal came out and explained all issues and keep me in the loop with updates as our quartz was backordered. The crew was meticulous with their measurements, making sure no gaps were showing due to sloping floors or crooked walls. They were very thorough with the install. "Our first use of Empire was nice. They were timely, clean, and did a very nice job with our master bedroom, hall and office conversion from wall-to-wall to hard wood. Two years later we opted to use them again to remove the carpet from the remaining bedrooms from carpet to hardwood. The installers were great BUT the sales guy needs to retire. He stated that 4 bedrooms could be done in a day. With an ample size crew - ok. BUT 3 guys showed up and one left after getting the first two settled. Then later the another left leaving one guy. We were dumbfounded. They arrived at 9 a.m. and left at 11:35 p.m. We fed them lunch, we fed them rib eyes steaks for dinner. They plowed through. The sales guy called asking how it was going around 4 p.m. and I wanted to strangle him. NEVER AGAIN. Empire called to followup and when I tried to call back I got nothing so in essence they got paid and they don't care. Lesson learned - old sales guy lie."

"The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful, patiently answering questions and providing options. We had our existing cabinets refaced, and added a base unit and wall cabinets to a wall where we previously had a hutch. The base unit consisted of 6 drawers as well as a pull out for 2 trash receptacles (1 for trash and 1 for recycling). The work was completed in 3 days. The installers were friendly, on time and very neat. They used some type of vacuum that collected any dust and at the end of each day the kitchen was left clean. The cost was reasonable and there were no surprise additional charges. There were a couple of challenges with our kitchen that were handled expertly. I finally have a brand new, bright white kitchen (with lots of drawers) for the fraction of the cost of a complete remodel. I can’t say enough good things about this company, and I definitely recommend them."
