We hired Bedrosian Homes to redo our bathroom from the 60s. They had to completely gut the room and redo everything . They came out so quickly to give us a quote and were able to redo it on our timeline and were independent but took my requests seriosuly. They were able to complete the job quickly and it looks like a completely new room ! So happy with the results.

Kri, Harry and Luis did a great job remodeling two bathrooms that were in need of a major update. Having never work with this company before I was not sure of their work quality or if they would drag the project out for weeks. I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome! They were very detail oriented and very agreeable to making changes I wanted done and finished both bathrooms on time. Even working a Saturday to complete project for a holiday I was hosting. Pricing was very reasonable for work done. Kri was extremely good at communication during quoting and throughout the project. I never had to wait long for an email or text response. He was also great at keeping me updated while working on the bathrooms and giving very good suggestions on hardware and design. Harry did an outstanding job on all the tile work along with all the other items he worked on, which were many. Bedrosian Homes will be remodeling my kitchen next, along with all my future projects! I highly recommend them!

Bedrosian Homes LLC This company is just the very best they go beyond the call of duty . We had purchased a shower door that ended up not a good product and we realized after the whole bathroom job was done and felt the shower was way to flimsy and we both agreed too dangerous Kri & Luis took the doors down brought it back to the co for us and also sat and helped us pick out new and better options !! Who does that anymore !! They made this project so much fun we are now looking into more. Projects . Their motto “We just want happy Customers “! Well we are happy we hired them !! Kri, Harry and Luis were exceptional. I connected with Kri a few weeks prior to closing on a property and needed work to begin as soon as closing with a hard timeline. From the first conversation over the phone and thereafter, without seeing the property Kri saw my vision and was able to give a reasonable quote for renovating kitchens in 2 units, flooring and finish a basement. As soon as I closed on the property, the team was on site and began working. 10 out of 10 stars from start to finish and the entire project was completed in a month. I have never seen a more professional, hardworking team that brought my vision to life. But don’t just take my word for it, see the before and after pictures…the work speaks for itself. Kri and his team, Luis particularly, were fantastic to work with! I would work with them again absolutely. Kri was first to respond to my inquiry to remodel my kitchen and bathroom and so amenable to my questions throughout the process. From the initial visit it was clear he was knowledgeable but also open to my ideas, though I am not super well versed in home renovation. He then proposed a detailed quote that allowed me to understand the intricacies of the pricing, important when you're on a budget and knowing where you can cut or DIY, such as purchasing materials/hardware myself, which Kri worked with me to do. On the demo/installation days, Kri showed up to supervise the work and ensure all was adequately on track with the team, even if not doing the tasks himself. When there were obstacles he kept me up to date on solutions and pricing. His team worked quickly too! Plus he was willing to come back and assist in ensuring everything was working optimally even after the job was "completed". I am so grateful this was a smooth process, it makes the kitchen and bathroom that much more enjoyable to spend time in each day.

Initially, Bedrosian Homes (Kri) was quick to respond to e-mails, texts and calls with questions we had on the quote, the process, costs, and materials. Once the project started, Kri and his team were there every day until the project was complete. They started the day at a reasonable hour, and when necessary worked late/on weekends to get the job done in the timeline agreed to. We threw a handful of changes into the mix, to which Kri and his team were extremely helpful with and had no issues changing gears on the fly. Their work was extremely neat - they took particular care of ensuring the areas of our home NOT under construction were protected. Overall, quote and cost were very fair - aligning with industry standards. Professionalism and cleanliness were top notch. When the time comes, we would definitely hire again for our next project.
