"I can't stop raving about Marcos, Lisa and the wonderful crew at Reis Wood Floors LLC! They literally saved my hard wood floors--and my sanity--and I am absolutely thrilled by the stunning results. The first company we originally hired to refinish our floors ended up destroying them. They didn't sand properly and the horrible stain job made my floors look like a Jackson Pollock painting. I cried my eyes out. But then I came across Reis, and although I was nervous about my first bad experience, Lisa reassured me that Marcos would fix it. OMG--Was she right!! Marcos came over and immediately knew what was wrong. He showed up a few days later with a six-man crew and spend 1.5 days sanding my entire house until my 100-year-old floors looked brand new. We met the next day to review stains. (We chose Provincial), and by the late afternoon my floors looked glorious and new!!!! It was unbelievable! I couldn't stop smiling! I can't tell you how much I love and trust this company. They were such professionals from beginning to end. They showed up on time every day, worked super hard, cleaned up after themselves, and locked up. Lisa was so quick to respond and helped with everything from stain advice to payment options. She really cares and wants her clients to be happy. Marcos is such a lovely person. He's super talented and knows his trade. He's truly a master craftsman. I highly and without any reservation recommend Reis to anyone who wants to restore their hardwood floors! I want to mention that we had two massive pet stains (left by the previous owners) by the entrance and in the dining room. but Marcos sanded them away brilliantly. There's no sign they were ever there. This company is so honest and fairly priced. Marcos didn't charge me extra for anything! They detailed all costs (we chose the more expensive Bona water based poly)--and I am one extremely happy and satisfied customer! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Communication was a breeze. Both Lisa and Marcos were available by text or cell and were quick to respond. Thank you so much Reis for restoring my faith in honest professionals like YOU! "These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! OMG! Everyone should use these guys!!!!! Also, I got the bullbag back! I never have to buy another one and its ready to use whenever I feel like doing a clean out or renovation."

"The second time I have used Pacific Stone and Tile in lass than a year and my experience this time was just as fantastic as the first time. very reasonable price and the final product looks better than we had visioned. Sal came out and explained all issues and keep me in the loop with updates as our quartz was backordered. The crew was meticulous with their measurements, making sure no gaps were showing due to sloping floors or crooked walls. They were very thorough with the install. You can tell immediately the pride Sal and his crew take in their work. The installers were as friendly as the owner, they kept the area clean and and were very considerate of me and my family. I plan on using Pacific Stone and Tile every time I need countertops."

"Our first use of Empire was nice. They were timely, clean, and did a very nice job with our master bedroom, hall and office conversion from wall-to-wall to hard wood. Two years later we opted to use them again to remove the carpet from the remaining bedrooms from carpet to hardwood. The installers were great BUT the sales guy needs to retire. He stated that 4 bedrooms could be done in a day. With an ample size crew - ok. BUT 3 guys showed up and one left after getting the first two settled. Then later the another left leaving one guy. We were dumbfounded. They arrived at 9 a.m. and left at 11:35 p.m. We fed them lunch, we fed them rib eyes steaks for dinner. They plowed through. The sales guy called asking how it was going around 4 p.m. and I wanted to strangle him. NEVER AGAIN. Empire called to followup and when I tried to call back I got nothing so in essence they got paid and they don't care. Lesson learned - old sales guy lie."

"The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful, patiently answering questions and providing options. We had our existing cabinets refaced, and added a base unit and wall cabinets to a wall where we previously had a hutch. The base unit consisted of 6 drawers as well as a pull out for 2 trash receptacles (1 for trash and 1 for recycling). The work was completed in 3 days. The installers were friendly, on time and very neat. They used some type of vacuum that collected any dust and at the end of each day the kitchen was left clean. The cost was reasonable and there were no surprise additional charges. There were a couple of challenges with our kitchen that were handled expertly. I finally have a brand new, bright white kitchen (with lots of drawers) for the fraction of the cost of a complete remodel. I can’t say enough good things about this company, and I definitely recommend them."
